Massive proteinuria is always bothersome, especially for people with Diabetic Nephropathy. Diabetic Nephropathyin early stage is characterized by microalbumin and with the deterioration of kidney damages, protein in urine becomes more and more. Reduced proteinuria means a lot for Diabetic Nephropathy patients as it can be regarded as recovery of kidney function. However, proteinuria does not disappear itself and if Diabetic Nephropathy patients want to reduce protein in urine, they need to rely on effective treatment.
In order to treat proteinuria effectively and fundamentally, we should prevent and block the progression of renal fibrosis which is the root cause of proteinuria.
1.
Conventional TreatmentAt present, the conventional treatment can only treat proteinuria symptomatically. That is to say, by the conventional treatment, proteinuria can be decreased in a short time, which gives the patients such an illusion that their proteinuria has been cured. Actually, though the proteinuria has been decreased, the progression of renal fibrosis is still going on. Therefore, the patients with Diabetic Nephropathy are still at high risk of Kidney Failure.
2. What new treatment is available?
As the root cause of proteinuria is the progression of renal fibrosis, when we treat the proteinuria, we should focus on treating the damaged nephron.
In patients with Diabetic Nephropathy, the nephron is divided into three types: intact nephron, sick nephron and necrosis nephron.
With the development of the patients' condition, the nephron develops from intact nephron to necrosis nephron. And this development process of nephron is just the progression of renal fibrosis, which will finally develop to the end stage?scar formation. For patients with Diabetic Nephropathy who have proteinuria, their condition is in the stage of fibrosis formation. Therefore, the key point of treatment is through improving the microcirculation of the kidney, to remit the ischemia and hypoxia of the kidney and increase the nutrient supply to intact nephron, thus preventing microthrombus. And at the same time, the treatment can also remit the "three high condition" of the glomeruli(that is high perfusion, high filtration and high internal pressure), decrease the leakage of protein, promote detoxification, block the fibrosis process and prevent the scar formation of the nephron, thus reversing the renal function. This process can be achieved by the new treatment?Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy. By this new treatment, the effective medicine can be permeated into the kidney lesions directly by external application, but not surgery or taking oral Chinese herbal soup. Therefore, the proteinuria in patients with Diabetic Nephropathy is at least decreased or removed.
